Are you a design professional with experience formatting large government proposals? If so, Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) team is the place for you! Join our team of professionals in delivering strategic and tactical visual guidance to senior leadership in support of complex proposal development efforts.
Work you'll do: As a Desktop Publisher, you will provide guidance in the development and design of proposals, presentations, and business development materials by:
Supporting Top, Sector, and Account Priority Pursuits that require Desk Top Publishing
Document formatting across Microsoft Office Programs
Creating/updating macro-enabled word templates to customize for individual proposals
Ensuring that proposal documents adhere to RFP delivery specifications, Deloitte quality standards, and brand standards
Coordinating with USI, as needed, to ensure project milestones are met
QA Documents received from US India
Updating graphics with minor edits (i.e., typos, name changes)
QA and finalization of documents, including creating PDFs and submission files
Leading and/or participating in collectives, initiatives, and trainings that promote growth of self, the Pursuit Center Of Excellence and Design/DTP Community.
• Managing documents and effectively using procedures, tools, and templates
