Who are you?
The publisher team at Nativo is responsible for developing relationships with some of the country’s top digital publishers. The Associate Director of Publisher Solutions ensures the success of our partners via consistent communication, regular check-ins, yield optimization strategy, understanding and conveying product requests, and providing top-line platform fluency for optimal success
What youll do:
Strengthen and grow relationships of an existing portfolio of premium publisher partnerships
Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, demand services, support engineering, and business development to assure optimal support
Understand and suggest improvements on publisher developments including site changes, monetization strategy, and new product needs
Manage key publisher information such as revenue tracking, campaign performance, inventory expansion, and contract renewals
Collaborate with Associate Director, Publisher Solutions (Los Angeles) to deploy efficiency driving initiatives, including yield optimization, and product feature utilization opportunities
Ensure all internal teams have visibility and transparency into pending initiatives and status of publisher developments
Strong ability to troubleshoot and uncover publisher issues around campaign delivery or changes in revenue and fill rate
Lead platform and UI trainings for new and existing publishers when needed
Schedule bi-weekly calls, meetings, and quarterly business reviews with key publishers
Position reports to the SVP, Publisher Solutions
What you’ll need:
Previous publisher team lead experience is required
5-7 years experience in a client-facing role working within ad tech with premium publishers
Proven history of progressive account growth and team development
Demonstrable track record of retaining, growing, and driving product utilization within a defined a publisher book of business
Experience in online advertising/media is required
Supply-side platform specific experience is required
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
Excellent ability to juggle several moving requests
Strong communication skills
Highly motivated, energetic & ambitious
Detail oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
