We are looking for an organized, collaborative assistant to provide administrative support for the Rights & Licensing Operations team. In this key role, the Rights Operations Assistant will organize the schedule and flow of information from all teams, including Digital and Translation rights Licensing, Custom Publishing, and Corporate Sales. You\u2019ll be a point of contact for internal and external customers, providing professional and timely resolution to any issues. To help ensure that all aspects of the Digital Rights process run effectively and smoothly, other responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate licensing information Managing contracts and confidential information Assist in reconciling payment issues with external and internal contacts Providing account management to digital and translation licensees Generating and distributing various reports Coordinating meetings Other administrative tasks Requirements: At least 2 years of support experience, preferably with a publishing or media company Very comfortable with the usual MS Office products, especially PowerPoint Strong Excel skills Experience drafting simple rights licensing contract documents a major plus Familiarity with Salesforce is also plus Familiarity with the use of web technologies and various digital devices Strong organization skills with ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent work experience is required Wiley is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis on race, color, creed, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability or other legally protected status.
