If you're coachable, persistent, smart, have an eye for detail and a knack for digital technologies, Gartner is the place for you.About this role: We are looking for an individual who will directly manage a team of India-based publishing Associates and Specialists, while forging rich relationships with global collaborators and project partners. The Digital Publishing Manager will be responsible to manage the project request queue and provide project management assistance, product quality, initiate operational and product improvement efforts, maintain clear and consistent communication with global stakeholders and above all support the in-house talent by effective and efficient performance management techniques.What you'll do: Talent Management 1)Manage and lead a team of digital content publishers to meet established quality and delivery standards2)Design and deliver robust training and coaching modules and build a strong talent pool to meet business requirements 3)Hire and on-board optimum talent to meet emerging business needs and enable succession management at all levels of talent to meet future requirements Process Management 1)Gain hands-on experience with all publishing processes and act as go-to person for any publishing queries 2)Gain in-depth understanding of digital content strategy and ensure 100% compliance to latest content guidelines and templates 3)Develop strong CMS understanding to co-ordinate feature enhancements and issue resolution with DPI Product Management team4)Gain substantial knowledge of Web Analytics to interpret and derive insights periodic dashboards and consumption reports 5)Establish robust queue management mechanism to ensure optimum allocation and timely delivery 6)Own quality management process to mitigate negative user experience for web users and internal clients while optimizing efforts 7)Enable robust tracking of all team activities including core publishing, quality management and daily administration tasks. Ensure 100% compliance to existing trackers 8)Optimize and enhance team capabilities through constant innovation and automation. Derive insights and make data-driven decisions to strengthen operations. Stakeholder Management 1)Enable robust client experience to global content partners and establish strong communication channels to make them feel supported 2)Establish strong partnership with Digital Operations team to bring latest briefings for the publishing teams, content partners and other stakeholders 3)Develop effective channels DPI Product Management, DPI Analytics, CEB Creative and other support groups to mitigate operation bottlenecksQualificationsWhat you'll need:•Graduate, in any discipline, from a reputed college•Minimum 3 Years of experience in Digital Content Creation with exposure to state-of-art content management systems•Robust process and project management skills with exposure to resource planning and risk management•Effective communication skills (verbal and written) including ability to explain technical problems to non-technical professionals, dependencies, solutions, and tradeoffs•Tolerance for ambiguity and self-drive to operate in an entrepreneurial setting•Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities•Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailWhat we offer:In addition to an outstanding work environment with rapid advancement potential, Gartner Digital Publishing Managers enjoy exceptional compensation and benefits.
