Global Player Support Training Associate
Support Experience Analyst with coordination and development of globally standardized product, process, and system training for PS staff and vendors worldwide including: determining requirements, organizing logistics, deployment strategy, knowledge retention assessment, and communication of progress/performance against schedule to the proper management outlets.
Also, gaining a full understanding of new Activision products and services.
Maintains current training curriculum for NPI and for System Enhancements (Agent tools, etc.) to ensure training programs meet business needs.
Facilitates training program by collaborating with remote site trainers to forecast time to completion for training events, coordinating course instruction, scheduling personnel for sessions, arranging for facilities, equipment, and tracking attendance.
Supports creation of and analyzes training scorecards and dashboards to assess status of training and determine areas for improvement through weekly touch points with site trainers and monthly reporting on training-related activities.
Supports the Agent skills and knowledge needs by identifying training opportunities (such as soft skills refresher training for Agents), performing gap analysis and developing skills assessments.
Delivers on-going communication related to training support including available Train the Trainer sessions, Agent for a Day sessions, available Agent training sessions, training progress, and training evaluation results.
Documents, analyzes and communicates quality and satisfaction data via weekly report on a regular & ongoing basis to management staff. • Participate in cross-functional task forces and special projects as assigned; handling departmental research as required.
Assist with additional Social Media Support team duties and tasks as assigned by Management.
Perform all other duties as assigned or required directions.
The Global Player Support Training Associate will be hired as a Volt employee working on-site at Activision as the client. The employment relationship and any employment related questions or concerns will be managed by Volt as the employer. Employment with Volt is contingent upon an acceptable background investigation and training period.
