In this role, the Logistics Data Publications Specialist evaluates engineering data for supportability for a new or fielded major equipment system or multiple sub systems; establishes and sustains data elements associated with the logistics support analysis record; reviews and analyzes equipment usage data to identify failure or maintenance task impacts and develops or updates all technical publications elements and Technical Orders and may work with multiple customers. Travels for work 10% of the time.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
Technical bachelor's degree along with work related experience
Experience analyzing engineering data for the purpose of developing technical publications.
Experience reading and analyzing engineering drawings.
Must be self-motivated and strive to continually develop skills and work with minimal direction.
Must be able to work in team environment and communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
Prior technical publication authoring experience desired.
Experience working with digital data and web technologies (SGML, XML, etc.) and developing schemas and document type definitions.
Prior aircraft maintenance experience desired.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
