The digital sales specialist’s primary role is to sell the company’s digital advertising portfolio to businesses in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul region. Pixel Ink Creative Group, the digital services agency for Adams Publishing Group, is responsible for growing digital revenues by developing non-endemic customers through personal sales efforts. In addition, this position is the “go-to” digital expert, assisting sales managers with digital training and accompanying the multimedia sales consultants on sales calls.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated digital savvy with the ability to help advertisers solve complex business challenges with custom, performance-driven marketing solutions.

This position requires a professional who actively participates in networking events, business service organizations, and industry functions.
Work in collaboration with multimedia consultants to educate and sell current customers on the company’s digital-only, specialty, and multimedia products and services
Utilize traditional methods and social media to prospect for new business
Conduct customer needs analyses and create presentations and proposals to provide customers with customized solutions
Assist in the development of new digital strategies, training, and product launches
Participate in advertiser workshops that educate local businesses about digital marketing

Four-year degree in communications or marketing (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years sales experience (digital media advertising preferred)
