The Pricing Publisher loads and updates pricing information in the pricing system and in contract documents. Creates new templates when required. Ensures data integrity of pricing information stored in the pricing system. Troubleshoots bills disputes, system errors and customer questions and takes corrective action as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for loading and editing provided information, including base rates, discounts, rules and fees, into the pricing system.
Manage queue of work to ensure entries and updates are processed efficiently and on time.
Update contract documentation with new pricing information or create new contract documents utilizing existing templates.
Partner with Director of Pricing to troubleshoot bill disputes, errors and customer questions and take corrective action as necessary.
Responsible for the data integrity of pricing information loaded into the system.
Assist with job training and audit support.
File electronic and hardcopy documents for internal customers including legal, pricing, and rating teams.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Three (3) years resolving, pricing audit or rating experience
Attention to detail
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
