Job Summary:The Digital Content Designer and Publisher helps bring our brand to life through thoughtful design, copy, and multi-media content curation that is used throughout the digital journey of our prospective students, current students, and graduates of the Altierus Career College school system.  This role helps raise awareness of the Altierus brand and clarifies value to prospective leads to boost engagement, leads, enrollment, retention, and, ultimately, graduation rates. \r
A successful Digital Content Designer and Publisher will capably design and deliver content holistically across the owned media ecosystem, from social platforms to email/text campaigns to websites and landing experiences. Short-form, digital copywriting expertise is a must for finalizing concepts for final delivery and execution. Light video editing experience with basic programs is a plus.  \r
This job requires the individual to not only design content but to capably use technology to publish media/content through common social, CRM, and website tools and applications, whether directly or indirectly (with partners). The ability to learn and to stay up to date on technology developments will set this individual apart for the role. That is, this person must be passionate about all things Digital, with design as the core skill set and ethic.  \r
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Design And Publish Digital Content for websites (with web agency)Build imagery, graphics, and video library for digital channelsUse popular design tools such as Adobe Design Suite and video editing tools to bring content to life in a variety of dynamic, digital formatsPublish content via Social and CRM applications, such as Hootsuite and ExactTarget, and be adept at learning new systemsPartner with website development agency to bring campaigns to life on website, microsites or landing pages\r
Develop Digital CampaignsWork with marketing leadership to identify overall content needs for social, CRM and website activationDefine, build, and execute digital campaigns, i.e. ad content, polls, surveys, video, referral programs,Propose and implement digital marketing initiatives based on brand and consumer insightsIdentify new ways to leverage social and digital platforms to extend brand messagesInvestigate new digital media opportunities\r
Monitor and RefineParticipate in online discussions by listening and responding to student prospects, where appropriate, in a timely and authentic manner to stay connected and keep the lines of communication flowingManage daily content and community management of social platformsDeliver actionable insights, specific recommendations on how to improve digital content and activity by monitoring and analyzing brand conversations and A/B testingUse company’s analytics resources to benchmark, measure and optimize the impact of digital media programs and campaigns on leads/awarenessQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Education/Certification:   Bachelor degree in marketing, design, or other related field\r
Required Experience:5 years marketing experience with emphasis on digital design.Demonstrated ability to lead digital media programs that drive tangible business impactDemonstrated ability to design and publish media across digital outlets, including Website, CRM, Facebook, Instagram, SnapchatStrong copy writing skills with ability to produce copy of varying tone and messaging based on target audience and mediumProven track record of listening & engaging with the online community and acting on company's behalfMust be comfortable directly publishing content in company-licensed systems and tools, such as HootSuite and (or similar CRM applications).Experience with integrating social plugins such as registration, comments, share, activity feeds, and appsDemonstrated ability to increase customer engagement across multiple digital media platforms\r

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIESStrengths/skills:Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and brand standardsExcellent written communication skills with an emphasis on proofreading and grammarIn-depth knowledge of digital media platforms requiredOutstanding organizational and time management skillsStrong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Should be highly skilled with InDesign and Photoshop\r

TRAVELOccasionally – up to 25% of the time.\r
