Job Description Job description The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting a growing inside sales team at an operational and administrative level. In this role, the Sales Operations Coordinator is the person the inside sales team relies on for technical, administrative, and operational support to be effective. The Sales Operations Coordinator is also the person management relies on to ensure operations are executed efficiently and results are measured and reported properly. While L.A.W. Publications has been in business for 40 years, with a growing team, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be supporting programs and operations new to the company, so creativity and problem solving will be instrumental. - Target territory prospects for inside sales team to call, pull data and load into CRM. - Ensure strong data integrity. - Create documents, forms, and reports that support efficient operations of the inside sales team. - Ensure notes, data, and results are effectively tracked in various databases. - Be the first point of contact for CRM related questions and issues, working with technical team and vendors as needed. - Develop and create reports for executive management to help improve results of inside sales team. - Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions. The primary purpose of L.A.W. Publications is to educate children and adults about the dangers of alcohol and drug abuse, as well as a variety of safety issues such as identity theft and gang-related violence prevention. We hope to accomplish our purpose by: Working hand in hand with local law enforcement agencies. Developing and publishing up-to-date educational material. Providing exceptional service to law enforcement and the communities that they represent. Through our sister company, International Drug Education Association (I.D.E.A.), a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, we hope to accomplish our purpose by expanding the impact of these educational materials through direct sales and grant funding. Over the past 30 years, L.A.W. Publications has published drug and safety education materials for more than 15,000 law enforcement agencies throughout the United States. DEA, HUD, schools, hospitals, corporations, churches and many other entities also use these educational materials.
