Job Description: Develop and facilitate a variety of integrated marketing communications projects and initiatives projects in traditional and web-based\/digital environments for multiple stakeholders. Facilitate program goals, objectives and scope in alignment with all stated customer requirements and the processes implemented to support those requirements. Work with industry \/ product marketing managers, sales team members and other stakeholders to develop and drive marketing communications programs with high value \/ high return on investment (ROI). Develop and uphold working relationships with multiple external suppliers including design firms, photographers, advertising agencies, program implementation organizations and a variety of agencies\/service providers to develop, facilitate, distribute and deploy effective marketing communications materials and programs. Acquire estimates\/quotes and manage all projects to or under budget. Uphold and integrate the Customer\u2019s prescribed Global Common Look And Feel Framework across all strategic and tactical marketing communications executions globally. Oversee and maintain brand standards compliance across all materials generated internally and by external suppliers. Manage workflow (traffic) for departmental projects\/jobs. Define and implement process improvements to enhance and maximize efficiency. Uphold and maintain client archives of properly formatted final project files including all relevant support files from a variety of internal and external providers. Define project tasks and work with RRD production\/other suppliers and\u00a0Customer\u00a0stakeholders to develop project schedules including risk mitigation for variable execution activities. Project lifecycle management, ensuring all internal\/external stakeholders are meeting project expectations, deliverables, & timelines. Collaborate with internal\/external teams to identify project risks, develop mitigation plan and manage risks throughout individual projects. Identify changes in project scope, communicate to client and work with appropriate stakeholders and operations to initiate and manage change orders. Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Customer. On-site Account Manager will report to the RRD\/Westland Printers Customer Account Lead & Westland Printers President but will take direction on daily activities from the Customer's Global Marketing Communications Manager. Professional and Personal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint and PPT) skills are required Solid aptitude of RRD\u2019s Streamline technology for Literature Management System support Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills Attention to detail and the ability to focus under pressure The ability to organize, direct, and motivate a team The ability to get things done despite speed bumps or road blocks The ability to work with various groups in a fast paced environment The ability to manage multiple activities concurrently with an emphasis on meeting all expressed timeline requirements The ability to identify any ambiguity in a given project cycle and resolve to eliminate assumptions-based planning Service Level\u00a0 5 days onsite M-F 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. CST.
