At LPi our mission is connecting a dedicated readership with local business through print, digital sales, and online advertising. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, fierce work ethic, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a bilingual sales professional that will want to drive new business development and make an immediate impact on local communities. A Week in Your New Career

Each week you will build a relationship with an existing LPi customer by working from their church or organization’s office. Your days will be spent making phone calls and visiting local businesses on behalf of our customers to help get their advertising word out in the local community! The new ad revenue you generate from local businesses allows us to provide our print and digital solutions to the customer at minimal cost.

What Makes This Job Unique

Travel to churches weekly working in designated location designed to strengthen relationship and generate additional sales for publication and digital offerings

Contact local businesses to advertise on digital & printed bulletins distributed weekly

Collect materials from advertisers to place ads

Process and track orders in a CRM

Manage your schedule and book of business that is provided

Adaptability to be in a different location each week (Mon.-Thurs.)

A hunter mentality – this role is 100% new business development

Job Requirements

Work remotely - travel 35% annually (6-9 nights p/month)

Ability to make 50 business calls daily for new business development

Experience prospecting your own leads

Resilience and ability to close sales in a short cycle environment

Exceptional time management skills

A solid understanding of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Word, and Outlook)

2 years of proven B2B sales experience or recent grads with B2B sales experience (preferred but not required)
