Job Description:
Marie Claire magazine is seeking an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing who will be responsible for working in collaboration with Marie Claire marketing managers and sales reps to generate, communicate and execute integrated ideas and programs for our advertising partners across multiple platforms. This includes planning and executing consumer events and promotions from concept to execution. 
• Develop, communicate and execute innovative, multi-platform marketing programs that both meet the client’s objectives and reflect the Marie Claire brand
• Oversee day-to-day planning and execution of client and merchandising events 
• Manage and execute consumer and client-targeted promotions  
• Work on proposals, big idea programs, and recaps
• Work in collaboration with the Hearst Digital Media team to develop and manage integrated digital concepts and programs 
• Manage and develop account-specific presentations 
• Manage program-specific budgets
Required Skills / Qualifications/ Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree, 2 years marketing or related experience 
• Must be a strong writer, extremely detail-oriented, organized and media savvy with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Must communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral presentations
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• Resourceful, innate ability to take initiative, multi-task and creatively solve problems
• Knowledge of and passion for tracking trends including social networking, digital and mobile
• Knowledge and / or passion for fashion and beauty a plus
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word (knowledge of Indesign, Quark, 
Photoshop, Illustrator a plus)
• Must be an enthusiastic, energetic, creative thinker and a total team player with a collaborative attitude 
• Digital experience and knowledge required 
• Social media experience strongly preferred
