Tyndale House Publishers is looking to add an Associate Marketing Manager to join their Alliances team! This position is a key facilitator in advancing the discoverability of NavPress and Focus on the Family books. Working collaboratively with Sales, Design, and Corporate Marketing, you will handle all facets of book marketing which includes budgeting, creating plans, overseeing implementation, some creative design, analyzing data, and reporting on the results. You will frequently engage with partners and authors to determine the best vehicles to reach target audiences, craft messaging, coach on best practices, present plans, and serve as the Tyndale point of contact for all partner and author needs. You will manage backlist marketing initiatives to generate growth and market repackaged title releases.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, product or brand management, marketing strategy or advertising implementation is desired. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are a must! Familiarity with social media advertising and content posting will serve you well.
