Our team creates role-based online training for Microsoft Learn (**** that helps win the hearts and minds of Microsoft Power Platform (****, Dynamics 365 apps (****, and industry solutions (**** customers and partners across the globe. We are looking for a proven leader to lead and manage a group of Content Portfolio Managers who design, source, create, and release great training content for a variety of audiences, including makers, consultants, admins, architects, and developers.
To be a Senior Content Publishing Manager on our team, you should already have experience in creating excellent training or technical documentation for cloud-based products along with 3 or more years of experience managing a team of portfolio managers, instructional designers, writers, or trainers to plan and publish complex training and measure its quality and feedback
Partner with product teams, marketing, advocates, and other training organizations to understand the self-paced training needs and expectations of our customers and partners.
Plan and implement comprehensive training for our products.
Within budget, source and manage subject matter expert vendors.
Author and manage the creation and maintenance of consistent training for our products.
Measure the quality and feedback of our training and use data to continuously improve the content.
Guide, support, and motivate your team to resolve ambiguities and create accurate, coherent training for our customers to be successful.
Hire, support, and develop a busy team of talented Content Portfolio Managers, ensuring their success, growth, and happiness in their jobs.
10 years of experience creating technical training or documentation for business users, IT professionals, or developers
3 years of managing people who create content for cloud-based or enterprise software products
Excellent training development, stakeholder management, and vendor project management skills to plan and deliver training for customers.
Prior knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (****, Dynamics 365 apps (****, and industry-specific solutions
Experience creating and managing content using GitHub and Markdown.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, Information Management, or equivalent industry experience.
