Our Research business produces scientific, technical, medial, and scholarly journals, reference works, books, database services, and advertising. The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to sales team to ensure that promotions, stock enhancements and new title information is prepared for key accounts. Main responsibilities: Collate sales information on key customers for both internal reporting purposes and to prepare account managers for customer visits Maintain regular and timely data flow to key customers, particularly those with specific systems requirements Work with account managers to agree promotions with key accounts and provide all necessary supporting data Respond to customer enquiries on pricing, licensing options, invoicing and access issues. Provide standard price quotes and liaise with Sales Support department to ensure swift resolution of customer access issues. For subscription product add customer and product information to standard license templates and license amendments. Create accounts and maintain customer data on Wintouch and create activities on behalf of institutional account managers for action by Sales Support Submit new and renewal non-journal product orders for processing, compile customer usage and consortia holdings reports. Carry out new customer and trial follow up Skills required: Experience with MS Office applications Initiative, creative thinking and strong self-organisation Strong oral and written English skills Good level of numeracy essential along with accuracy and attention to detail People have always been valued at Wiley.
