As a Customer Service Specialist, you’re empowered to work directly with clients to make the best decision for each situation by addressing specific concerns through e-mail and phone.

Seamlessly navigate between multiple client interactions and internal systems, while working toward clearly defined goals.
Use your creative and graphic design skills to assist in modifications of design layouts, text, and/or illustrations of advertisements.
Respond to customer inbound phone and e-mail inquiries by comprehending the inquiry, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information, processing actions resulting from the inquiry, and communicating resolutions to the highest regard of customer satisfaction.
Record customer inquiries by documenting the inquiry and response using the IBMi customer account.
Complete an annual audit of all publications to ensure accurate customer account status, accurate ad specifications, and relevant ad content.

You have excellent customer service skills and outstanding written and verbal communication.
You have experience and a passion for graphic design.
You are comfortable working across multiple communication channels; 2 years of customer service experience a plus!
You are a quick learner!
You have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, MS Publisher, and Microsoft Office.
You have a basic understanding of Macintosh computer systems and ability to adapt to working on a PC platform to manage e-mail, calendar, and other task utilities.
You are detail oriented and have exceptional time management skills.
