Publications Account Manager Jobs
A publications account manager is responsible for managing various business related issues of publications of the firm. The specific duties of a publications account manager include managing distributor, logistics, and supplier relations; coordinating with printing and other departments; taking an active role in the preparation and publishing of articles or books; ensuring that the day to day or periodic revenue generation targets are met and exceeded; handling all the problems that may arise; assisting with other tasks; attending training sessions and meetings; and performing other tasks assigned by the publications director. A publications account manager typically reports to a publications account director.
A publications account manager should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Excellent academic credentials may be advantageous. Excellent customer service skills are a key trait for a publications account manager position.
